Bodacious Burgers
From HEB
½ cup Texas on the Plate Bodacious Soppin’ Sauce
2 lbs ground beef
2 T Adams’ Reserve Steak Au Poivre
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form patties
Grill about 4-5 minutes each side
Top with extra Soppin’ Sauce before serving.
